This presentation outlines our journey of utilizing GIS technology to transform support services for domestic violence victims statewide. By implementing ArcGIS Online and Enterprise, we've established the MSCFV GIS Hub as a centralized platform that hosts resources such as housing, family/health services, employment opportunities, and more, simplifying access for staff members assisting clients. What started as an internal initiative has grown into a network of over 30 agencies dedicated to victim advocacy and social justice.

Our suite of dynamic tools, including dashboards, web applications, and experience builder interfaces, streamlines access to critical resources. Witness firsthand how these innovative solutions are reshaping victim advocacy, providing tailored support where it's needed most.

This presentation offers a comprehensive overview of our journey, from conceptualization to statewide implementation, showcasing the tangible impact of GIS technology in victim advocacy.
