In ongoing research sponsored by the Delaware Department of Transportation and the Delaware Center for Transportation, and with support from county mapping and assessment offices, a 22 year assessment data time series paired with a 22 year tax parcel map series was developed to examine development in Delaware over time. As part of the work a model for probabilities for the location of growth is created to allocate county based housing projections to smaller areas. The process includes a classification system to describe development potential for areas in Delaware.
